» Body Board Body Board      Praia Grande is the most popular point in Arraial do Cabo. It goes all the way through the Praia de Massambaba with an extension of 25 Km. Other point is Praia Brava with tubular waves, isolated peak, it have a hard access that can be done by boat or walking Pontal do Atalaias hills.      Famous for several surfers, Arraial do Cabo also take parts in Surfing World, where many nationals and internationals championship stages happen. And the most sensational point there is a lower, that consist in a sand bench where is able to practice surf in a 1km waves extension.
